How can I place an order on the Store Apt?

Just go through these simple steps to place an order on our website.

Click on the product to be ordered, select the desired size and click "ADD TO BAG"

  1. Go to your bag page, once you have added all the products you wish to buy
  2. You can check for any applicable coupon codes by clicking on ‘Apply Coupon’ or enter your Gift Card code if any by clicking on ‘Redeem Gift Card’
  3. Click 'CHECKOUT'
  4. Enter your shipping and billing address
  5. Choose from prepaid & COD payment options
  6. Re-check your order details
  7. Click on "Place Order"
  8. In case you have selected a prepaid option, you will be re-directed to a fully secure payment gateway where you need to enter your card/wallet details.
  9. Once the order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email and SMS with all your order information.

What is Store Apt Cancellation Policy?

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

For all prepaid orders, the refund shall reflect in the source account within 3-5 business days.

If you had placed the order using Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded at our end as you haven’t paid for the order yet.


All the selling prices shown on our website is inclusive all taxes as per the Rules and Regulations of the Government of India and the customer will get their copy of invoice at the time of delivery of the order.
